Founded in 1967, Viet Huong began as a facility specializing in producing pure fish sauce essence for domestic partners. After nearly 60 years of development, we have grown to become a trusted supplier of fish sauce ingredients for many leading fish sauce brands in Vietnam and international markets.

Today, Viet Huong operates a modern manufacturing plant spanning over 50,000 m², with an annual capacity of 1 million liters. Our facility includes a standardized fermentation tank system, blending area, and storage zones—all managed under strict food safety and quality control procedures. With this capability, we consistently deliver 100% anchovy-based fish sauce essence with stable protein levels, aroma, and color.
